Purchase Process

• Fully explain the details of home purchase and inspection, contract negotiation, and title transfer.
• Advise you during the home selection process by showing houses meeting your needs and reviewing price considerations.
• Prepare and explain contracts and present all offers to the listing agent.
• Negotiate to get you the best possible price and terms.

After Contract

• Recommend reliable inspectors and contractors to assist in pre-purchase home preparation.
• Coordinate appointments for all inspections and contractors.
• Negotiate repairs with the listing agent.
• Assist you with any repairs, cleaning, deliveries, movers, etc.
• Coordinate with the listing agent, closing attorney, mortgage provider, inspectors and contractors to facilitate a timely closing.
• Coordinate with you and the listing agent all utility transfers, move in/out dates, closing time and place.

Prior to Closing

• Provide directions to the closing attorney's office.
• Remind you of little things that may have slipped your mind in preparing for your move.
• Coordinate and accompany you on the final walk through and inspection of repaired items.
• Deliver contracts to all parties.
• Review with you, prior to closing, the attorney's calculations on your settlement statement.

Closing Day

• Personally attend the closing with you.

After the Closing

• Be available after closing to assist with all your real estate questions or needs.
• Keep records of your home purchase for future assistance to you.
