- Prepare and explain contracts and present all offers to the
listing agent.
- Negotiate to get you the best possible price and terms.
- After Contract

- Recommend reliable inspectors and contractors to assist in pre-purchase
home preparation.
- Coordinate appointments for all inspections and contractors.
- Negotiate repairs with the listing agent.
- Assist you with any repairs, cleaning, deliveries, movers, etc.
- Coordinate with the listing agent, closing attorney, mortgage
provider, inspectors and contractors to facilitate a timely closing.
- Coordinate with you and the listing agent all utility transfers,
move in/out dates, closing time and place.
- Prior to Closing

- Provide directions to the closing attorney's office.
- Remind you of little things that may have slipped your mind
in preparing for your move.
- Coordinate and accompany you on the final walk through and inspection
of repaired items.
- Deliver contracts to all parties.
- Review with you, prior to closing, the attorney's calculations
on your settlement statement.
- Closing Day
