Janice S. Cenci, CPA, Broker-in-Charge - CPA License 23637, Real Estate License 239476 - Prior to earning her CPA license in May 1995 and entering public accounting, Janice enjoyed a long career with General Electric Company. Her 19 year corporate career included both domestic and international assignments, exposure to diverse businesses, and positions in audit, financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, and general accounting. Self-employed since 1993, Janice has performed consulting and legal research in the field of records management, small business bookkeeping, tax preparation, information system implementation, and business process re-engineering. Janice is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPA’s, the National, North Carolina, and Chapel Hill Association of REALTORS ®, and the Chapel Hill Chamber of Commerce. Originally licensed to sell real estate in 1987, Janice’s combination of business skills and real estate knowledge position her to provide a professional, customer service oriented home purchase or sale experience.

James D. Snell, CPA, Broker – CPA License 26558, Real Estate License 204694 – Jim has been a CPA for 30 years and a Real Estate Broker for the past 4 years. He earned his CPA license shortly after completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland and started his CPA career with the National Public Accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand. During his career as a CPA, Jim has been a partner of a local CPA firm as well as a consultant specializing in accounting software. His interest in real estate began with the purchase of a six-unit apartment house in Boston, MA in the 1980’s. He has been a NC Real Estate Broker since 2003. Jim is passionate about helping others. He has volunteered with Step Up Ministry for the last 3 years to help individuals become financially self-sufficient. His current focus is leveraging his CPA skills to assist his real estate clients who are having difficulty with their home mortgage obligations.

Glenn Wallace, CPA, Broker - CPA License 22338, Real Estate License 198303- Glenn has 13 years of financial and tax experience, including 4 years as a Controller with local venture capital funds. Glenn also spent 4 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young, before moving on to positions as a financial analyst with a Fortune 500 company and an assistant controller with a publicly-traded pharmaceutical development company. He earned his Masters in Accounting from the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at UNC-Chapel Hill. He is a member of the National, North Carolina, and Durham Associations of REALTORS ®. Glenn is the founder of MDT Realty, which has closed over $47 million in real estate transactions since its inception in 2002.
